Payment methods: Bank transfer, Paypal, and Visa card. For small orders: finance your purchase immediately and without paperwork, up to 12 months.

Shipping: For products in stock, the material will leave our warehouse and will be shipped within 24-48 hours from payment confirmation. For shipments to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the shipping cost will be €5.99. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please call us at 688 902 900.

Exchanges and Returns: The customer has a period of 7 days for the exchange or return of the product received if it does not meet the agreed terms. The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it, both the product and its packaging.

Brand: Precioled reserves the right to label the product or its packaging with its logo, brand, or contact details. If you do not agree with this point, please contact us and we will study your case. If you wish, we can label the material with your commercial brand; to do so, contact us at 688 902 900.

As there is a processing of personal data in the buying and selling operation, Precioled has prepared this notice to inform Users of their rights and obligations. Precioled, owner of the domain www.precioled.com, is fully aware of the processing of personal data and the responsibilities that this entails, which is why the use it will make of personal data at all times will be lawful and consented to by the User at all times.

Precioled informs its Users that registration or subscription to certain services on its website is free and voluntary. Said personal data will be entered into an automated database, owned by Precioled. Said file or database is fully identified and registered with the Data Protection Agency.
